Of course not. While we love working with brides and grooms, we would never limit ourselves to creating beautiful, tangible memories for a select group of people. Our designs are perfect for everything from a child’s first birthday to an intimate garden party.

It’s super easy. Place an order, checkout like you normally would making an online purchase and you will receive an email from us to gather all of the pertinent information about your event. This includes the text exactly as you would like it on the design (spelling, grammar, etc.). We will then send you a proof within 3 to 5 days for your approval. Next, we make any necessary changes and send you a final, non-editable printable file. At this point, if you request additional changes, an additional fee will apply.

Our standard turnaround time for proofs on printables is 3 to 5 business days for the first proof. Edits to your proofs are usually done in 1 to 3 business days. Rush service is available.

When possible, we recommend that you work with a local printing company. This way, you’ll be able to see printed proofs in person. Another suggestion is that you try and find a shop with an HP Indigo for the best quality digital printing. Printables are only prepared for digital printings, so if you’re looking for letterpress or foil stamping, that’s a separate conversation that we’d be happy to chat about.

Of course. We suggest that you buy high-quality paper, and run a test on it before printing the full run.

We suggest that you talk to your printer before purchasing paper because most will only use
specific materials that they have in stock. For example, some digital printing companies will not print on paper heavier than 100lb. If you’re printing at home, then do a little research to find out what weight/stock paper your printer can handle – many cannot handle paper thicker than 80lb.

At this time, we do not offer edits to the colors and/or fonts in our printable wedding suites. If you have a specific vision in mind, contact us and we’d love to tell you about our custom invitation options.

Most likely. Because most computer screen settings vary, colors can look different from your screen to printing. Ask your printer for a printed proof of your cards before ordering. We’re also happy to email you color swatches, so you can see how they will print on your home printer.

We love working with our customers to create one-of- a-kind orders specific for your event. What that means is that we are also unable to accept refunds because your order was created just for you. All orders are final. Also, refunds will not be granted for grammatical/spelling errors or color differences between online proofs and the printed product.
